2025 Regional Finalists Announcement
Following a rigorous first stage assessment process, the 2025 Regional Finalists for the Civic Trust Awards, Pro-Tem Awards, AABC Conservation Awards and Selwyn Goldsmith Awards for Universal Design have been revealed.

Applicants will be notified in January if their project has been chosen to receive a National Award or be Highly Commended, with the level of recognition revealed at the 2025 Civic Trust Awards Ceremony in March (date & venue tbc).
Not all Regional Finalist projects go on to win an Award or be Highly Commended, but will still be listed in the 2025 Commemorative Winner’s Brochure.
2024 National & International Civic Trust Awards, AABC Conservation Awards, Pro-Tem Awards & Selwyn Goldsmith Awards for Universal Design Winners.
Over 320 projects were entered from across the UK, Canada, France, Germany, Lithuania, Malta, Poland and USA, reflecting the schemes continuing international reach.
